Company Description Job Summary: We are searching for MIS Office for one of our banking client. The MIS Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing information systems within the banking environment, ensuring the seamless operation of technology infrastructure to support banking operations, regulatory compliance, and decision-making processes. Job Description Key Responsibilities: <ul><li> Database Management:</li><li> Design, implement, and maintain databases that store and manage financial data securely. </li><li> Ensure compliance with banking regulations regarding data storage and reporting. </li><li> Conduct regular audits to guarantee data accuracy and integrity. </li><li> Software/Application Management:</li><li> Oversee the implementation and maintenance of banking software applications. </li><li> Collaborate with banking departments to understand software needs for loan processing, account management, and regulatory reporting. </li><li> Ensure that banking software adheres to industry standards and compliance requirements. </li><li> Hardware Management:</li><li> Manage the procurement and maintenance of hardware systems specific to banking operations. </li><li> Ensure ATMs, point-of-sale terminals, and other banking hardware are operational and secure. </li><li> Collaborate with vendors for specialized banking hardware support. </li><li> Network Administration:</li><li> Oversee the banking network infrastructure, including online banking platforms. </li><li> Implement and maintain secure connections for online transactions. </li><li> Monitor and address network vulnerabilities to protect against cyber threats. </li><li> User Support:</li><li> Provide technical support to banking staff for specialized banking software and hardware. </li><li> Conduct training sessions on technology tools used in banking operations. </li><li> Collaborate with the IT security team to educate banking staff on cybersecurity best practices. </li><li> Data Analysis and Reporting:</li><li> Extract, analyze, and report on financial data for regulatory compliance and decision-making. </li><li> Work closely with compliance officers to ensure accurate and timely reporting. </li><li> Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring key banking performance indicators. </li><li> Security and Compliance:</li><li> Implement and enforce security protocols specific to banking operations. </li><li> Stay updated on banking regulations related to data protection and privacy. </li><li> Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments. </li><li> System Upgrades and Maintenance:</li><li> Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations. </li><li> Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the banking sector. </li><li> Collaborate with banking stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals. </li></ul>Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. </li><li> Knowledge of banking operations, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. </li><li> Experience with banking software applications and data analysis tools. </li><li> Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in the banking industry. </li><li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills. </li><li> Ability to adapt to changes in technology and industry regulations. </li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>2+ years of experience required. </li><li>The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Development Company, Fintech, Bank. </li></ul>To Apply, please provide the following (required) Your updated resume Short cover letter explaining your desire for this position & 2 professional references.
